Human and robot system interaction in industrial settings is now possible thanks to ISO/TS 15066, a new ISO technical specification for collaborative robot system safety.

Because ISO/TS 15066 represents the first draft for a coming standard, companies have to gain knowledge in applying ISO/TS 15066. Currently, the guideline prohibits a collision with the head in transient contact.
